They didn't have to but the owners gave us a full refund. Japan“値段からしてドミトリーなんだろうと思っていたら、個室だった、しかも6畳の座敷と四畳半の寝室が繋がった広ーい部屋！で嬉しくなった。 掃除が行き届いている。トイレとお風呂（湯船はあるけど栓がない）は二部屋で一つを兼用。時間帯によっては待つかも。お風呂にはフェイスタオルが豊富に積んである。バスタオルはない。 すぐそばにスーパーがあってお弁当やお惣菜をいろいろ買えるのが助かった。”
