The suite is equipped with everything you need. Nice drip coffee. The host provided great information on the national park, even with bus timetables. It makes the visit very convenient. It was very nice of the host to drop us off to the train station on a rainy day.

We had a brief but wonderful stay. Comfortable and spacious, great location close to town/trains/buses/food. The host were the best part. So kind and thoughtful. They provided us with so many useful tips for navigating the bus system, finding trails to hike, and making the most of our time in Nikko. Nikko is a great destination for those seeking a mix of Japanese history/culture and beautiful nature. If we return, and I hope we do, we would certainly stay at this location again. Thank you!

The host was incredibly kind, upbeat, and patient. Immediately upon our late check-in in our host, kindly helped us move our bags. Then, he proceeded to give us a lovely tour of the accommodations and a map of Nikko with tons of helpful tips and suggestions! The accommodations themselves were clean, neat, and clearly documented how to use them in several languages. Upon checkout, our host went above and beyond and helped us move our bags once again. We were incredibly delighted staying here as it had everything we needed, and our host was amazing.

Kenji-san and his guesthouse is incredible. The location is so close to Nikkou station, the house is sooo clean and tidy and large and comfortable and beautiful! The room was impeccable and fully equipped with appliances and kitchen equipment, We were able to buy some premade mean from the nearby supermarket and use the microwave there to heat up our food.

Ken was an amazing host (as all who have mentioned him before have said). Our family of 7 needed two different rooms at his place. One was inside the main house on the ground floor with separate living and futon rooms, and the other was across the way and included a downstairs and upstairs loft area. Ken and his wife were super helpful and offered us a tour, a map with restaurants marked out, information about the bus schedule, and even did some laundry for us. The space was super adorable and very clean and fresh smelling, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the buses and many adventures in the Nikko area. Ken even gave us a ride (2 trips for our group) to the train station the morning we left. Thanks for an amazing stay! We really loved our time in Nikko.
