A three-floor private guest house located just a few minutes from Kenrokuen Garden. Features two bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the top floor, each with space for three guests, and each with its own bath, toilet, and sink. Other features include air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout the house, laundry washing/drying machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, hair dryer, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. The guest house includes one parking space at no additional charge, and is a spacious 108 square meters — perfect for group travel! Smoking: The entire guest house is non-smoking. Smoking is also strictly prohibited in the entryway, outside the guest house, and in the surrounding neighborhood. Check-In: The entire guest house is rented out to a single group at a time, so we have no full-time staff on-site. A member of our staff will meet you at the guest house for check-in, so please make sure to let us know when you expect to arrive, at least one day in advance. Amenities: Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower sponges, and slippers are available. • Feel free to use the dishes, glasses, and other kitchen equipment. Please do not take any of the guest house items, such as towels, with you when you leave. • No parties or other loud noises at night are allowed. The guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and it is important to be a good neighbor to the people who live nearby.
