The Tree House is a studio apartment on the 1st floor of Bella Seaview serviced apartments and sleeps 2 comfortably on a Queen size bed with mosquito net. No pool unless booked as a two bedroom apartment with The Pool House downstairs. There is a great Bunk Bed which can sleep 1 or 2 children OR adults Fully equipped, self-catering / chef & cleaner daily except Sundays. Sea view, sea breeze, garden with 2 sun beds & a short walk 60m to beach. NO POOL access for The Tree house UNLESS booked with The Pool House or The Colobus House. Bella Seaview is a beachfront villa 3 Minute walk on to the beach from inside fully secured property with 24 hour security guards & access controlled gates. Bella Seaview has four serviced apartments, so you can book more than one apartment for group bookings. The Pool House can be joined with The Beach House to get yourselves a 2 bedroom / 3 bed option with a total of 6 people in a group booking. The Colobus House can be joined with The Tree House to get yourselves a 2 bedroom / 3 bed option with a total of 6 people in a group booking. If you take all 4 apartments can sleep 12 people in 4 different spaces. Daily serviced with chef & cleaner included in price. Free high speed Fiber Wifi. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Bank & doctors nearby. 10min drive to Diani Airport. 1 hour flight from Nairobi Wilson Airport to Diani Airport. Diani Beach, Kenya has been voted The Best Beach in Africa 3 times at the World Travel Market. Bella Seaview is located within 60m of Diani Beach, situated inside a 4.5acre secure housing compound called 108 Seaviews Diani, on the Diani beach front. The house consists of a double storey villa set in an indigenous forest garden which is a quarter acre property. We have 60yr old trees, birds, butterflies & bushbaby visits. Our favourite visitors are a local troop of 9 Colobus monkeys who regularly come to feed in our canopy of trees. The shops & restaurants nearby are word class, you can find most types of food & all within walking distance. You will find 3 supermarkets, Chandarana & Muthaiga Mini Market & Carrefour all within 10mins of the house for easy shopping expeditions. Restaurants such as The Anchor, Leonardo's & Apero are all highly recommended with unique menus, affordable prices & nice settings. You can learn to Kite Surf, or ride a camel, feed a bushbaby & visit the Kongo River at sunset or dawn for a picnic. Diani is full of adventures & animals not found anywhere else, tropical fish, 5 types of primates & the indigenous Black & White Colobus Monkey troop comes to visit in the garden often because we have no dogs to scare them off. There are boat trips to the reef to swim with tropical fish & there is also Deep Sea Fishing excursions available. You can enjoy a round of Golf at the Diamonds Leisure Golf & Beach Resort course which is just 10min drive from the house. Enjoy dining at our world class Diani restaurants & hotels & enjoy tropical delights found no where else in the world. Mombasa Air Safaris will fly you to Masaai Mara game reserve in less than 2hrs direct from Diani Airport. In the Mara you can experience the Wildebeest Migration & have a bucket list experience.
