The room was big enough for a bed and a working desk. Every room is equipped with a bathroom and a shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen and a dining table for the guests to use and a covered patio for sitting outside. The location is a short walk away from a large shopping mall "Asia Mall" and Bishkek University buildings, and a half an hour walk down Manas avenue to the city center with its embassies, Sheraton and Novotel. On entering the building the guests are expected to change their shoes to rubber slippers provided at the door. The staff is helpful and the price is such that it wouldn't cut a hole in the pocket. Bishkek is amazing vibrant modern city with a lot of history.

The thing I liked the most is the attitude of the host and the manager, they both were very friendly and helpful, even arranged a transfer for me. The room itself is cozy, the bathroom is clean and spacious, and there's also a shared kitchen with all the appliances and even free water supply. Overall, a very good place to stay for a very reasonable price, highly recommended.

Cleanliness is superb. Location wise as some restaurant nearby is open 24/7 which is perfect when we arrive hungry at night. Asia mall is walking distance and one small grocery market is just few steps away. Kitchen is supplied with basic needs and laundry is an additional point without paying.

Good location with nearby small market and 24hrs restaurant. We arrive a bit late at night and we’re so hungry, manage to dine at restaurant near to it. Easy communication with staff, complete basic needs. Was able to wash my clothes with no extra cost.

The host was super supportive. Anything we asked he was always there to help and never said no to anything. We helped us when we had to order food online as our numbers were not working and it was pretty late to go around restaurants. Also after we came back, we realized that my friend had left her EarPods from Boss, which he was able to find and sent it through a friend.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the city a few blocks from Asia Mall. Rooms are small but bigger than we anticipated! Nice stay.

The place is located in relatively close proximity to the city. The communication went smoothly and they can arrange transfer from an airport, which was very comfortable.

Situated in a cozy, safe and quiet suburb with couple of convenience shops and a huge mall near-by. A bit distant from the centre of Bishkek, but also walkable if one likes. It is very well connected to all of Bishkek. Use www.bus.kg for bus routes, very handy tool. The young owner Rysbek is a nice gentleman and can speak good English. He is very kind and helpful. The room not very big but enough space, with a TV set. There is a kitchen with complete utensils. There is private bathrooms. The place is extremely clean. I enjoyed my stay very much.
