The hotel is very spacious and the facilities were excellent. It has loads of pools and has a lovely sandy beach. We made a mistake of not booking the Hideaway ( which is the adults only section) but were able to upgrade on arrival at the hotel for a fee. The Hideaway has its own pool, beach area and restaurants which was good. We had a swim up junior suite which was very luxurious, we loved the jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the culinary experience ( additional cost ) with the 19 year old chef was excellent. She and the team made a big occasion of it as it was my husband's 60th birthday. They really made him feel special. The activities team were also very good and the evening entertainment was excellent with some very good bands. Could have gone on a little later in the evening though.

What’s not to like!! perfect location, beautifully kept and well maintained, staff made u feel welcome and we’re very attentive. choice of restaurants (7) all included In the inclusive package and all premium drinks as well. entertainment was good and something for everyone.

A relaxed environment and very friendly and attentive staff. Food was perfectly acceptable if not full-on gastronomy, and the pool areas were clean and well looked after by the staff. We like a quiet pool, and we found the top 'Dips' bar pool was perfect for that - a few activities down by the main pool but they didn't intrude. Aquafit hosted by the amazing Everton and his colleagues were a highlight of the morning. Nice beach even if the swimming area felt just a little bit cramped. Very comfortable room (with its own swim out veranda) - and kept very clean.

The hotel was quite fresh and clean. The room was bright and spacious. The choice of food was ok - delicious. The service was very good. The attractions were many and varied. Overall - liked. A covid test was available and easily bookable at the hotel.

Awwww man what can I say. We traveled to celebrate our milestones, 2 couples. So, from having a wristband to opening the door the first day, every thing was beyond superb. The room was stunning. By far one of the best and I'm extremely discerning. The customer service, the room amenities, we had the swim out, even the spaces for children (which made us want to bring our grandchildren next time), to the beach and pool areas, quality of the food (although the portions can be small, you can request seconds-smile), the beauty of the beach and resort....EVERTHING was great! The massage and beachfront dinner were great as was the tour. I have absolutely NO complaints. So grateful to have chosen Royalton, the photos dont even do it justice. Whether its a couples vacation, family vacation, or friends, the Royalton exceeds expectations. We will be back! Book it and have fun for us.
