Der Kontakt mit Gastgeberin Wilbertha gestaltete sich sehr entspannt. Sie zeigte sich sehr engagiert und war jederzeit erreichbar für uns. Das Appartement ist für zwei Personen natürlich riesig. Aber wir haben den Platz sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen langen Aufenthalt benötigt. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Castries. Wir fühlten uns rundum sehr wohl und hätten noch einige Wochen bleiben können.

Seascape Villa is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house overlooking the capital city of Castries. The home's best feature is the million-dollar view from the large breezy balcony. The view is absolutely stunning and offers panoramic views of the Castries Harbour and the Caribbean Sea to the north. On a clear day, you can even see the neighbouring island of Martinique to the north. During your stay, you may see our cleaner, Tia, who comes twice a week to water the outdoor plants, sweep the driveway and dispose of the garbage. Our gardener, Andrew, comes once a week to maintain the garden. Our other gardener, Ian, comes twice a month to maintain the grounds. The owners, Tanya and Christopher Cox built Seascape Villa in 2003. The home was designed to be welcoming and down-to-earth with a Caribbean-style vibe, a gathering place that makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The home has that lived-in feel with all the amenities and features that guests would expect and love. Seascape Villa is conveniently located 5 minutes from the city centre, a 10-minute walk to La Toc Beach and the Sandals Regency Resort, close to the public transportation route, and just a short drive to popular restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centres.
Ms. Wilbertha King has a wealth of knowledge and experience which spans over twenty years in Sales and Compliance, Real Estate, Property Management, Business and Finance, and Relationship Building. She and her team are fully prepared to offer guests the highest level of service. Ms. King goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the best holiday experience ever. She is quick to respond to any questions and is always on call to assist guests with arranging tour bookings, airport transfers and car rentals.
The house is situated in La Toc, a quiet hillside residential community overlooking the capital city of Castries and about a 5-minute drive from the city centre. La Toc is the promontory that sits southwest of the entrance to Castries Harbour. The position commands a clear view of Martinique to the North and the azure-blue Caribbean Sea to the west. The British recognized the location's strategic importance and built a Gun Battery that guarded the entrance to Castries harbour in the 17th and 18th centuries. The La Toc Battery Fort is a must-see for visitors coming to St. Lucia. This historic fort, which guarded the important Castries Harbour area, is one of the most intricately designed forts that has withstood time. The views of the Castries Harbour are breathtaking, and one can only imagine what it must have been like for soldiers on guard to look out over the waters for impending threats of approaching enemy ships daily. The battery has been restored by the hard work of local businesswoman and La Toc resident Alice Bagshaw, and she remains committed to preserving the site as faithfully as possible. La Toc Battery Fort offers guided tours by appointment only. La Toc Beach is located on the Island's west coast and is one of the more secluded beaches on the island. The beach is about a 10-minute walk from Seascape Villa and is only accessible through the Sandals Regency Beach Resort.
