United StatesThis resort is THE best hands down when it comes to ALL AROUND hospitality, safety, great food, great workers, rates, drinks and attentiveness to guest needs. I decided to take a last minute get away and soo glad I made the right choice to stay here. AC works, bartenders AMAZING; great drinks and conversation. Pool clean, property clean and comfortable.. Everything was GREAT!!!
Far from noisy AT ALL which they are QUICK to resolve respectfully.. if it was slightly loud it was me from having such a great short stay and im sorry that’s just how enjoyable my stay here was
This is now my go to place moving forward when I visit. Thank you all sooo much for such a lovely time especially Aquarius 🥹 continue to be a blessing to others

Saint LuciaEverything was perfect, clean, modern, comfortable, calming, peaceful and the host Tony was super healpful, friendly, inviting and his welcome was not only professional but he made sure we had everything we needed or just wanted to make our stay an incredible one, and it certainly was. I won't leave out those bottles of wine he welcomed us with, that was really nice of him, we so appreciated and enjoyed it.

Beautiful location Breakfast is mazing and so is the staff
But, The Resort needs a little TLC - Upgrading lots of old spots that need to be address - example the pool tile has cracks, the chassis lounge chairs are very uncomfortable. The hand Rails though out have been painted so much that you have mold growing. Your Pool side towel service was unacceptable no one to get or return tools had to go to the front desk a number of times.
Also on last night of stay our A/C went out and we had no A/C for the night and the bedroom got very warm

The islet is nice ,we went to the pigeon island where in the park the SLjazzfestival was kept with 3 days of different kind of music
We stayed at Royalton because is was just around the corner but some taxi-drivers were asking to much for the ride
The beach was nice at Royalton and it was all-inclusive

A semi-urbanized part of St Lucia with little character. The traffic to get into or by Castries is horrendous. Best to stay in the North or South of the island where there are better beaches and more nature.

Great restaurants both local and European menus. Keebees is a great place to eat in Gros Islet and attending the Friday night Street Party and sample some of the cuisines on sale - one of my favourite meals is the lambie or fresh fish.
Bay Gardens- Excellent hotel and very helpful staff and what an amazing Manager Ms Gustave is. She is very attentive with the clients of the hotel and nothing is too much to ask of her and her staff. I love returning to Bay Gardens Hotel because every time I return the experience is a step above my previous stay there. A hotel I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit St Lucia. The hotel is centrally located and the additional amenities at the hotel is excellent too. Also great entertainment.

We loved Pigeon Island, the beach, the little boat doing rum...
We loved Pigeon Island, the beach, the little boat doing rum punches, and the cafe bars. The catamaran day was my highlight. It was good to see more of the island and the view of the Pitons was well worth it. We thought the trip was good value, it included taxi pick up and drop off, lunch, drinks, bus transfers and the activities, we did the mud baths and waterfall. We went to the Friday night street party, it was interesting but not particularly up our street,(pun might be intended) it was busy and for me in particular was worried about potential insect bites. The one thing I would make travellers aware of would be the state of the roads, lots of potholes, drainage ditches at the side of the roads and a lack of signage. We were glad we didn’t hire a car and used one particular taxi driver.

Location was great hotel was very very tired not really a four star more 2/3 star
Some of the staff over the New Year were not very friendly and the hotel kept running out of stuff Diet Coke, butter , every day stuff not great
It was a bit of a bum fight getting beds on the beach as there weren’t enough to go round for everybody, so people were getting up earlier and earlier to secure a bed

This was our second stay at Italian guesthouse, we absolutely love the place.
On top of the hill the view is just breathtaking and the peace of this place is what we needed to finally relax!
2 minutes from gros islet Friday night, but away from the noisy road.
And as always they make you feel at home!
