The apartment is on the 3rd floor, newly furnished, classical style, light in colours. The staircase door is lockable, armed front door, security and fire-prevention alarm systems secure your safety. WiFi. Gated yard ensures a place for car parking. The apartment (58 sq.m.) consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a big and convenient wardrobe, a balcony to a quiet backyard, a living-room with a dining table for 6 persons, a rest zone with an outspread sofa (sleeping place for 2 persons), an armchair, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher, cooking table and an oven, including all necessary kitchen utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar are always available. The bathroom and the WC are separated, the shower in the bathroom, heated bathroom floor, a hair-dryer, washing-machine, towels. Tourist information available upon request.
The apartment is on the main street of Vilnius – the Gediminas avenue, in front of the Lithuanian Parliament (the Seimas). The Independency Square, the National Mažvydas Library are in front of the windows, the Business Centre Vilniaus Vartai, restaurants and shops are at hand. Lukiškės Square, the Neris river are nearby. Convenient access by private and public transport. For extra fee transfer from / to the airport is available.
