Brand new, cosy , warm and sunny flat in a perfect location. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay of 4 people. The flat consists of 1 bedroom, one living/dining room with a dining table, TV and sofa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Wi-FI and cable TV is available for free. The apartment is located in the central Old Riga square - Livu square and our bedroom boasts a beautiful view of it. Note: There have been few complaints about the apartment being a bit noisy at night because of an active nightlife in Livu square.

You will benefit from a 24 hour corner shop 1 minute away, Mcdonalds 2 minutes away, local clubs and bars right at your doorstep. Monument of Liberty - 2 minutes away, as well as all of historical monuments, churches, concert halls, shopping centres within a 5 minute walk.
