Welcome to Laima V. Apartments located in the heart of the Riga city! We've opened the apartments in February 2024 just right after the complete renovation, the furniture, bed linen and other items in the apartments are brand new. These spacious apartments - 201 m2 are designed to welcome you and your guests in exquisite comfort - 6 bedrooms and spacious living room are designed to accommodate 12-14 people. The view on the city is fantastic, as the building is located on the central street of our city. City center apartments provide the perfect combination of comfort, style and convenience for your great stay. Enjoy city life with a sophisticated level of comfort in every detail of these spacious apartments. Laima V. Apartments are close to old Riga, public transportation, shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment venues, and cultural attractions. This proximity makes it convenient to access a wide range of amenities without having to travel far. There are 6 rooms in this apartment - room A and room F have King size beds,there are 2 single beds in every other room. The apartments have 2 toilets and two bathrooms with shower and toilets ( 4 toilets in common) and one big living room with kitchen. If the number of guests is less than 11 , some of the rooms may be closed, so if you'd like a particular room, please contact us, by sending the letter of the room ( you can find the plan of the apartment in photos).
