Situated in the very center of Riga, you will be just a few steps away from the main historical attractions. The apartment is very bright as it is located on the top floor and features roof windows. The apartment has an especially comfy mattress and is fully equipped for your comfortable stay: A hall with a built-in wardrobe Spacious kitchen with an island and all equipment (equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and oven) 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), each equipped with WC and shower 55” TV Living space with a kitchen Separate bedroom Super fast broadband (up to 1000 Mbps) Dedicated working desk with 24” external monitor (bring your own HDMI cable) The apartment was renovated in 2023 and has all modern amenities. Inside the apartment you will find: A hall with a built-in wardrobe Spacious kitchen with an island and all equipment (equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and oven) 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), each equipped with WC and shower 55” TV Living space with a kitchen Separate bedroom Dedicated working desk with 24” external monitor (bring your own HDMI cable) Please note that apartment is located on the 6th floor (you can use the lift to get to the 5th floor, but from the 5th to the 6th floor there are stairs) Area: 65 m2
