The building was built in 2015. It is located only 20 m from the sea, 200m from the shops. From the old town of Kotor is 15 minutes, by car only a few minutes. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor and the old town of Kotor.
Favorite activities and also hobbies are running and training in the gym, and playing sports - volleyball and swimming.
Close to the apartment, only 20 meters is sea, it is possible to swim and enjoy the nature and view. 200 meters from the apartment there is a store for buying the things you need for everyday life, as well as the coffee bar.
