The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Kotor, on a hillside. The advantages of this location include: Right next to the house you’ll find a children’s playground, a small grocery store, a laundry service, a gym, and free parking. You can reach Kotor Old Town in two ways: a longer scenic walk along the waterfront takes about 25–30 minutes, or a quicker route along the main road with a pedestrian path takes around 20–25 minutes. From the apartment, it’s easy to drive to beautiful beaches while avoiding city traffic — a big advantage during the busy season. One of the nearest great beaches, with free parking, is near St. Stasije Church — just a 5-minute drive away. From there, you can easily reach other lovely spots like Ljuta, Orahovac, and Bajova Kula. The nearest town beach is just a 15-minute walk away. Dobrotski Dvori restaurant, famous for its generous portions, is located on the waterfront just a 10-15-minute walk from the apartment.
