Welcome to The Flamboyant Nest, a cozy and bright apartment located at the entrance of Orient Bay in a charming Creole villa, with completely independent access. Just a 5-minute walk from Orient Bay Beach, the mini-market, restaurants, beach bars, and local shops, it offers a peaceful setting for a relaxing Caribbean getaway. The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stovetop, cooking utensils, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee. The living area opens onto a private terrace with a beautiful view of the tropical garden filled with flamboyant trees and mango trees. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed (160x180 cm), a washing machine, a spacious walk-in shower, bathroom shelves, and a dresser for clothes. The toilet is located within the bedroom and can be closed off with a door. The bathroom is semi-open, as seen in the photos. The mezzanine is not used for sleeping but is available for storing your luggage or drying clothes. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. You may meet U2, the tiny (under 4 kg) friendly dog, or the affectionate cat who lives on the property. The owners are very discreet and rarely present, ensuring full privacy. Free and easy parking is available in front of the villa. You can walk to everything: beach, grocery store, bakery, restaurants, beach bars, and water sports.

Flamboyant Nesr is located in the sought-after Parc de la Baie Orientale, the perfect spot for a car-free holiday. Just steps away, you’ll find a small supermarket (Petit Casino), a lively square with some of the island’s best restaurants open every evening, and the stunning Orient Bay beach. The beach is long and vibrant, lined with restaurants and beach chairs, but also has quieter spots to relax right on the sand. The area is safe, family-friendly, and full of charm — ideal for a relaxing and authentic stay.
