ABOUT THE PROPERTY: 3 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 12 persons. Located on the 4th floor, accessed by lift or by stairs, consisting of a main bedroom with a double bed and space for an extra folding bed, en-suite with toilet, shower and sink, having a window with open country views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed with space for an extra folding bed each. There is an open kitchen/living room between the bedrooms and it is quite spacious with a small balcony. There are 2 sofa’s in the living room that are also sofabeds, and a large open kitchen having all utensils as well as a dining table. For extra guests we provide folding beds. We offer a Smart TV which you can freely use with your own Netflix account or connecting your phone or tablet with. We also offer free WIFI and all other utilities are included in the price.

Neighbourhood information

LOCATION: Steps away from a Yacht Marina, the sea and close to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julians, bus stops, Lidl supermarket and to all amenities. Nice restaurants in Ta’ Xbiex, by the sea, are just a 5 minute walk away. Sliema is a 5 minute drive away or 20 minutes by foot. Valletta is 10 minutes away by car or bus or a 20 minute walk.
