Everything! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a nice gentleman (the concierge couldn't get his name). With his gestures, he took this experience to another level. He was so kind with the kids and with us. He offered us a drink whilst we were checking in, asked the porter to help us with the luggage and gave our daughter some colours and a drawing book. We instantly said wow! This wasn't our first time here, however this treatment was a first. The rest is history. The food was delicious. All staff were extremely polite, and efficient. Whenever we needed something in the room we were served immediately. It was as if they were behind the door when we asked for the stuff. Reception staff were very nice and helpful too.

Nice resort with beautiful beach. Close to port to go to Comino and Gozo. Great amenities and food. Staff very helpful, kind, and professional, especially front desk (Elvie, Rina, and Mgr Henri). Agiolio served the best seafood spaghetti we have ever had!

Breakfast had a good choice of food and plenty of fresh fruits .location was fantastic and facing the morning sun . The service was very good during breakfast time and the food at Al Olio restaurant was superb and enjoyed the 10 % discount. The room was lovely and sheet were snow-white. The indoor pool was great as well.

Amazing views! Malta is a crowded little island. But, in the hotel, we felt like a completely different place—peaceful, comfortable, with incredible views and excellent customer service.
