We stopped at Dunduza Lodge on our way to Nyika. We arrived in the dark, which was a challenge, but Grace came to the rescue and showed us the way on foot, so very close to the road. My recommendation is to arrive in daylight. The rooms are neat, comfortable and have everything a weary traveler needs - comfortable bed, hot shower, kettle and coffee provisions, and a fridge. The Lodge gets over 100% for value for money. Grace went out of her way to make our stay memorable. She sent us the wifi code on what's app and brought us extra blankets. She served up a delicious breakfast, and moved our table outside in the sun so we could enjoy the lovely view. We are staying there again on our way back, and she is organizing a cooked meal for us - what more can you ask for?
