If I had to highlight the three things that I like most about my apartments and, above all, what people who stay in our homes enjoy most, they would be the following: Location, availability and accessibility: Our apartments are located in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood with magnificent communication with our beautiful city. We have a 24-hour reception, so we can adapt to your schedules (as long as the apartments are ready, for this it is better that you notify us in advance and we will try to adapt to you). You can enter directly into the parking lot, and from there you have direct access to the apartments. Avoid carrying suitcases and take the elevator to make your ride as comfortable as possible. If you come with your family, you can avoid having to stand in the middle of the street, everything is much safer, entering directly into our garage you can have all the privacy you need. The apartments are designed so that you can stay for long periods of time, so you have all the things you need to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. We always want to improve, so if you find something that doesn't seem right to you, you will contact us so we can help you with anything you need. We will be happy to help you throughout your stay with us, so if you need any information about the city, events, tourist areas, whatever you need, we will be happy to help you. As a description, they have 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms (ideal for two couples). It has an equipped kitchen, dining room and a pleasant living room. This place has a strategic location, as it is located in the central neighborhood of La Condesa, where you will find a wide range of restaurants, nightlife, terraces and fashion boutiques. You can walk to popular attractions such as Parque México, the Rufino Tamayo Museum, Paseo de la Reforma or Chapultepec Castle.
We are passionate about people, our mission is that you can enjoy a great experience in our departments. To do this, we have tried to spend time in each one of them to see firsthand that everything is perfect. One of our obsessions is to seek safe environments, which is why our janitors are in the building 24 hours a day to avoid problems or anyone who does not belong to the facilities from sneaking in. We look for sustainable and natural environments, which is why we incorporate natural plants in our departments that we take great care of so that you can enjoy a pleasant environment. We have soundproofed the windows to avoid as much noise as possible, thanks to the fact that we listen to the demands of all our guests, as it is the only way to improve. We try to ensure that you have all the necessary utensils so that you can cook at home, but if you feel like going out to enjoy the night, you can ask us and we will be happy to inform you. When we can we also take advantage!
La Condesa has been the coolest neighborhood for decades - next to Roma -, always lively and quiet. Tree-lined avenues line the streets, among which mansions and villas with several centuries of life appear, and whose facades alternate colonial style with refined modernist and art deco aesthetics. People walk their bikes and go jogging, while others walk their dogs taking advantage of the green spaces and areas set up for their pets. Others choose to go shopping in the boutique clothing stores or art galleries that proliferate on its streets, and almost everyone comes to eat tacos, ice cream or avant-garde cuisine. Many people raise their eyebrows when asked about the name Hipódromo Condesa, mostly because except from a bird's eye view it is difficult to see that there was a space for horse racing here. One of them covered the immense territory that runs from the town of Tacubaya and the town of Romita, and was known as Santa María del Arenal. In 1704, the land where the Countess is today was acquired by Doña María Magdalena Dávalos de Bracamonte y Orozco, Third Countess of Miravalle. With the disintegration of the old hacienda, many lands were sold for the creation of a neighborhood for the incipient Mexican bourgeoisie, especially for the Jewish community. In fact, there are many traces today of those years with synagogues and kosher stores. At the beginning of the 20th century (1910), the Jockey Club of Mexico promoted the construction of a new racecourse - named "Condesa" - to enjoy horses and exhibit the lineage of upper-class families. In this way, the wealthy class avoided the road to the city's first racecourse, Peralvillo, which operated from 1882 until it was dismantled in 1913.
