The attention to detail, impeccable service, and sheer comfort made this a standout experience. I have stayed at a few Four Seasons, each with their own unique charm. This hotel is beautifully curated, at every corner something organically captures your breath and attention - courtyard fountain, fire pit at night, art displays, little nooks to sit down and just take it all in… My room was beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference—turn-down service, premium amenities, and a bathroom setup that offered both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option (a rare and much-appreciated feature in Mexico). What truly sets Four Seasons apart is the effortless luxury—nothing feels forced, and every staff member goes above and beyond without being overbearing. The attention to detail with my food allergies was phenomenal. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how you deserve to be treated. After a string of underwhelming hotel experiences, this stay was a reset, a reminder, and a recalibration. I can’t wait to return. Five stars, and then some. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location in Condesa was excellent, manned reception, apartment facilities were first rate, beds were comfortable, staff were very helpful, it was quiet, and pastries were available daily on the roof terrace.

Location was excellent. Close to the park an restaurants an short Uber drives elsewhere.

The space is very beautiful, super clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The room is big enought and quite comfortable! If I'm back to Mexico City I will for sure stay again here!

The hotel has a very special Mexican architecture , rooms have been redone recently and are excellent . Beds very comfortable . We stayed at the club level which includes a great breakfast . The Bifbar restaurant inside the hotel is excellent . The blue bar also .

Such a beautiful colonial style hotel, set in a very picturesque suburb of Mexico City. The staff went above and beyond for us, they even packed a small breakfast for us when we had to leave at 4am for our hot air balloon ride :-). They were so helpful with transport and restaurant recommendations, we couldn't have asked for more! Great location, nearby to plenty of wonderful places to eat, and central to most tourist spots, just a walk or uber ride away. I would 100% recommend this gorgeous place :-)

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Communicative and lovely staff. Was a great stay and really enjoyed meeting the other guests around the breakfast table in the morning.

Location was fabulous. Food served in restaurants outstanding. Best eggplant parmesan I've ever had and I live in San Francisco with great food so very picky. Room comfortable beds and linens. The 6 other people I traveled with thanked me over and over for picking such a great hotel to stay in. The price was more than reasonable for the accommodations location and service provided.
