Boutique and contemporary Beachfront Flats is home to just ten privileged and ocean-view residences, a private beach club, restaurant and bar, ModuVated™ fitness center, and more. Pristine beach stretching for miles, unforgettable sunrise and sunset light, starry nights, famous surf and snorkel spots, off-road desert adventures - explore true Baja with your home away from home at the Beachfront Flats. We are a perfect combination of the resort experience andprivate Airbnb. Usually resorts are loud, big and crowded. BFF has great resortamenities - restaurant and bar on site, oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, fitnesscenter, 24/7 security, concierge service, but it is boutique, private andexclusive. Only 8 rooms can be occupied at the same time. The units arespacious, and self sufficient with all the amenities, so you can have areal home experience - cooking, BBQ, etc, without depending on restaurantsmuch, but at the same time you are not left to yourself as most Airbnbs are,but you have a team of professionals ready to help in case you need it.

Only 8 minutes from Acre and Flora Farms, 10 minutes to the Puerto Los Cabos Marina, 15 minutes to downtown San Jose del Cabo, and only 30 minutes to the airport, La Laguna is the perfect blend of convenience and the natural side of Baja. San José del Cabo is beautiful and charming town located just 7 miles from the Beachfront Flats, with many good restaurants, shops, and world-class galleries. The Marina in San Jose del Cabo is just 3 miles away. It has a beautiful design and construction. Its full operation unfolds as more boats utilize the facility for activities like sportfishing, whale watching or simply cruising the sparkling sea. Beginning just north of San José where the Beachfront Flats are located, the East Cape stretches nearly a hundred miles along the Sea of Cortés eastward and northward past Los Barriles. The East Cape is also the surfing and windsurfing center of Los Cabos, as well as being home to the more remote Cabo Pulmo which draws divers to the most northerly coral reef in the Pacific.
