Welcome to your peaceful getaway to Tulum, where nature and luxury combine perfectly. This new intimate and secure gated community of only 30 units is located in Aldea Zama, Tulum's first planned community. The architecture combines the beautiful, lush jungle environment with modern, sustainable design. The community area includes a swimming pool, rest area, hammocks, palapa bar + bathroom and mediation area. Located in nature, but a short bike or car ride to town and the beach. This multi-level loft apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Tulum. Enjoy the private rooftop hot tub to soak in the tropical rays and treetop views. No details were spared in terms of comfort and design. Chukum flooring, wall finishes and modern furniture make the space aesthetically pleasing while providing maximum comfort. On the first floor of the unit you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a countertop for 4 people and additional space for 6 people at the dining room table. Off the hallway you will find a full bathroom, utility room and the first bedroom with two single beds and plenty of closet space. You can count on air conditioning in all rooms and common areas, as well as fans if you prefer to sleep at night with natural air. The amenities have a swimming pool so you can relax with all your friends and family, as well as enjoy a delicious meal. In these common areas you can find hammocks so you can rest peacefully after a hard day of visiting. We have a reception to make your arrival as easy as possible, as well as the possibility of parking outside if you need it. We will be waiting for you!
