Alfredo and Verneen are a Canadian/Mexican couple who have lived in Mazatlan for over 20 years. They currently run the Mariana Beach Apartments and Hotel in the Golden Zone and have now joined in with Sweet Retreats Vacation rentals with Several wonderful homes and apartments in both the Golden Zone and Historical Centro.

This lovely, older, three bedroom home has a spacious living space steeped in Mexican charm and feel. There are wide, comfy couches, reading nooks, free wifi and a big screen TV. There are outdoor spaces with seating and a hammock for your family and friends to enjoy. Eat, play and relax. . Casa de los Sueños is ideally located, in a lovely neighbourhood, a few minutes walk to the beach and also the charm of Historical Centro. Welcome to Mazatlan!

Neighborhood info

The house in a peaceful neighbourhood, minutes from everything you want. There is so much fresh food within blocks of the house. The main market and Cathedral are a 6 minute walk. Plaza Machado with the Theatre and the square are a beautiful evenings stroll from home and the beach and Olas Altas area is a 10 minute walk. We are surrounded by museums, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Go the the art gallerys, take in a movie or spend the evening enjoying local music. There is 12 km of beach and Malacon to walk or ride along. Rent a bike, strap on some roller-blades or just take a stroll. We live in Paradise.
