Fabulous new luxury condo complex in downtown Playa del Carmen! Walk to everything! - Amenities like an ocean view rooftop pool/lounge, gym, & BBQ - 2-min walk (4 blocks) to the famous 5th Avenue shops, restaurants, bars & entertainment - 3-min walk (5 blocks) to the beach & beach clubs like Fusion Beach Bar or INTI Beach - A fully-equipped kitchen for meals at home, AC, washer/dryer and dishwasher - Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly workspace for the longer stay or remote worker The sauna is out of service until further notice. To be able to used the Gym, Jacuzzi and BBQ you need to make a reservation one day before at the reception. For the BBQ, there’s a 500 peso deposit that is returned as long as you clean the BBQ adequately when finished using it. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 28 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on the day of your arrival and then again on the day of your check out. Electricity for long-term stays is charged at a fixed rate of 5.22 pesos per kwh. The consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit. Please use the AC wisely and be sure to turn it off when not at home. They are painting the building during which the balconies will be off limits from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm. The work should be completed by Monday, Oct 2, 2023.
