Our property is privately owned and although is not part of the hotel, we provide access to all common areas of the Park Royal condos. You can use the pools, lounge chairs, beach, go to the Yamilu archeological site, use the parking lot, go to the hotel shops, and enjoy the security provided by the guards and lifeguards. All of the above is under the policies of the Park Royal Hotel that must be respected and in which we have no interference. Our suites have the necessary items for you to prepare some food and you are very close to many restaurant options at La Isla Shopping Village, just across the street.

The hotel zone of Cancun is so beautiful, you can jog or walk on the beach or on the cycle track, you can take the city bus at the door of the hotel and go either downtown or the party center where famous Coco bongo, Dadyò and Hard Rock Café are located and it is less than 5 minutes away. Starbucks, McDonalds and Chedraui Gourmet are also just 5 minutes away.
