Ocean View Compound with 4 private independent studios, this one has his own kitchenette and bathroom, smoking allowed only outside, pet friendly , stounning ocean view from pool garden and terraces,15 min walk to the beach, shared pool.

This neighborhood is called Gringo Hill it is located in the town of San jose del Cabo at the famous Costa Azul area, which holds world class surf, golf and fishing. It is a safe and quite neighborhood, the roads aren't paved it has been keept like this to preserve the Baja outback feeling, it is well connected but rent a car will be better. We are on top of the hill facing the ocean and hiway, that is why the map gets confused pleas find tipsy bar then go behind and you can use google maps to find it but once you are on the hood
