Octavia Casa is a gem - from start to finish. The building itself is exquisitely designed from the atrium in the lobby to room furnishings. The staff was helpful throughout the day and immediately attentive to our every travel need. They even set up the most cozy happy hour every evening - drinks, nibbles, scented candles and music - which was always appreciated. And then our room: comfortable beds, immaculately cleaned (twice a day by staff we never saw) and equipped with any food/drink/tech amenity you could think of. After spending time in several 5* hotels that always seem to rely on their name rather than their service, I think a stay at Octavia Casa is a bargain for what you get. I would stay here again and will be recommending it to any network.

Great location! Octavia Casia is thoughtfully designed and beautiful. Easy to travel around to different parts of Mexico City. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and we totally felt safe / comfortable. We will definitely be back!

it was very clean but had a warm feel with the usage of wood and lots of greenery. The roof top space was really nice as well.

The hotel is intimate and beautiful. When you arrive, everything is pristine and personal. Then they keep it up: with fastidious cleaning and restocking of the room, a perfect breakfast spread every morning, refreshments throughout the day, and attentive, but never overbearing, service.
