Here are some house rules, please read before you book As this is our second home (we only have this one listing - it is a true family home. )We humbly request that you treat it as your own. -Check in after 3pm. Check out before 11am. -Keep clean. -DO NOT move any furniture. -NO alcohol Party. -NO Durians. -Quiet time after 10pm. -Keep all the windows shut when you leave as the rain may wet the floors and beds. -NO shoes in the house. -You are welcome to use any utensils you wish but you MUST clean up after yourselves. -Our apartment sleeps 8 comfortably. For extra guests please inform us in advance. We are able to arrange up to two extra mattresses at RM30 each. This will include towels and utilities. -Be honest about the number of guests . We reserve the right to turn away those who are not registered to stay or request a penalty of RM60 per extra guest.
