An extremely spacious corner lot double-storey home located at a strategic neighborhood of Bandar Country Homes. It fits comfortably for 18 guest with 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. With a nice and big courtyard, barbeque facility and well lit porch, it is ideal for friends and family gathering, small parties and weekend escape. The house porch is nicely set up and well lit at night for guests to have a good time. Approval is required to be obtained from host for any Event / Party / Commercial shooting to be held, with some additional charges

My house is strategically located in the matured neighborhood of Bandar Country Homes, Rawang. It is walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, morning market, etc. Accessibility * McD Drive-Thru (5 mins drive) * AEON Anggun with TGV (5 mins drive) * Anggun City Mall (5 mins drive) * Templer's Park (15 mins drive) * Hutan Lipur Sungai Kanching (20 mins drive) * Tasik Puteri Golf & Country Club (10 mins drive) Our home is situated at about 5km away from Rawang Interchange and takes approximately 40 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur via the North - South Highway.
