Luco | Apartments @ Imperial Hotel Kuching is located in the same building as Imperial Hotel. Our Serviced Apartments sits above the Boulevard Shopping centre. All apartments are located in the same building The facilities such as the Gym, Swimming Pool, Suana and Steam room are situated on the 6th floor of the same building. Each apartment comes with a kitchen, living room, dining area and a laundry area (paid), they come equipped with a washing machine (all units) and a dryer (most units). All our apartments come fully equipped with high-speed internet (WiFi) and cable television. Hair dryers, ironing facilities, body wash, toilet papers, towels etc. are provided to all our in-house guests.
At Luco, we believe in turning properties into commodities. We help owners generate revenue from their properties as well as providing top notch service to all of our guests who stay with us. Our guest relations team who serve guests are highly trained and will ensure that your stay with us is both memorable and comfortable. We always do our best to provide the best service and quality while trying to provide affordable accommodation for all of our guests. Luco | Apartments @ Imperial Suites sit on top of a shopping mall which houses everything from restaurants to shopping to entertainment. The city is only 8 minutes drive away. The airport is only 7 minutes away and the beach is only 45 minutes away from the apartment.
