This place is suitable for big family, intimate functions and smaller corporate events. Site visit is permitted however to emphasize that all bookings will need to be online. **IMPORTANT NOTE** - For any intimate/homestay purpose of more than 16pax regardless staying overnight or not, will have a surcharge of RM2000 up to 30pax maximum - For any commercial purpose (shooting, production, filming etc) or events such Nikah/Aqiqah/Engagement will have a surcharge of RM3000, for up to 50pax maximum including crews and vendors - Refundable deposit of RM4,000 (cash/bank transfer) will be collected upon check-in, this refundable deposit will be refunded to you within 10 working days after check-out after our supervisors have inspected the property (if any items are damage or missing, or the house rules are not followed, we have absolute right to forfeit the deposit in full). - Check out time is at 11AM. Late check out up to 12PM is chargeable with RM500.

Taman Duta is one of the most sought after location by affluent business owners and celebrities for good reason. It's a lovely neighbourhood that comes with a scenic view of greeneries albeit its strategic location- it's less than 10 minutes away to the KL city center. You will find that the nearby shopping malls are an added advantage of staying here.
