Our aim is to provide value for the property owners, to serve as an exit plan for their property bought.

Manhattan Condominium Ipoh provides a fitness room and free private parking and also free visitor parking, and is within an 18-minute walk of AEON Mall Ipoh Station 18 and 15mins drive to Ipoh Town. Our unit located at multiple Floor." There is a "FREE" Waterpark for your children and also a swimming pool for adults. We provide also baby chair and baby bath tub and also baby cot subject to avaibility upon request. A security of RM200 is needed to be online transferred ( Cashless ) before check in. This homestay is managed by IWH Suites Management.

Neighborhood info

Walking distance to chinese & malay restaurant, cafe, shops , massage and many mores. Right opposite our condominium , there are a lot more shops such as clinic , convenient shop, banks and etc. A Lot of nearby landmark and atractions within 15-20 minutes ,such as Kek Lok Tong , Mirror Lake , Kin Loong White Coffee ,Sampoh Tong Cave. or Kellies castle is just nearby around 28 minutes. Sunway Lost world tambun water themepark is around 20 minutes.
