1. Our unit (including balconies) and all common areas in the building is STRICTLY non-smoking. No lighted candles or open flames of any sort are permitted, any smoke odors detected will mean a total forfeit of the security deposit. 2. Please remove shoes in the apartment, room slippers are provided! 3. Please take care of our unit and keep it clean (Any damages or lost items will be deducted from the security deposit) 4. Please wash any cutleries or kitchenware after use, do NOT dispose of any food or waste residual down the sink as this will cause it to clog, any plumbing/unclogging fee will be deducted from the security deposit 5. Please do not bring durian or any fruits with pungent odour back to the apartment to keep the place smelling great for all our guests! Deep frying seafood/fish or any food with pungent odor is strictly NOT permitted as our kitchen opens up to the living room and any residual scent/smell is extremely hard to get rid of. Upon checkout, if any unpleasant odor is discovered, it will mean a total forfeit of the security deposit 6. Please remove all trash from the unit and dispose at the trash room (located in the basement) upon checking out 7. Please do not move or rearrange any of the furniture 8. This is a private homestay and not a hotel so no housekeeping or cleaning services will be provided during your stay. All linens and towels provided at check in will be adequate for your stay and no replacements will be given 9. Please be sure to bring all cards with you whenever leaving the unit as we only have one set. Any lost cards will be charged a replacement fee of RM100
