From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.

The property offers a boat transfer service at a surcharge. Please contact the property for more details if you wish to use the service.
The return transfer from The Magellan Sutera to Rampayan Jetty will be MYR 82 per person (per adult and per child above 3 years old).
Return land transfer from The Magellan Sutera, Kota Kinabalu to Sutera Jetty Mantanani, Kota Belud.
Return land transfers are not included in the rates unless stated in the confirmation. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to arrange land transfers.
Extra charges apply for adults and children aged 3 and above. For more information, please contact the resort directly.
Return boat transfer: The resort is on an island, with only one boat trip available daily.
Jetty to Resort: The boat departs from Jetty Sutera Mantanani at 14:15. Please arrive by 13:45 for registration.
Resort to Jetty: The return boat from the island leaves at 13:00
Jetty Location: Boat transfers will take place at Jetty Sutera Mantanani.
