Great service, great offer of restaurants and activities. Both service managers we met did everything they could to make our stay as nice as possible and we appreciated the customer oriented attitude. Location is nice and convenient.

Great setting in beautiful gardens. Excellent dining. Staff were fantastic.

amazing friendly and helpful book the suite it’s worth it

Wonderful rooms and we were upgraded at no charge. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, modern and large. The staff at the font desk were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The gym had a lot of good equipment, although a set of barbells could be added.

It was my birthday and I was given a small dessert by the front desk staff as a welcome and happy birthday

Probably the most enviable location on the whole Island of Pines - 15 minute walk to incredible Natural Pool and a vast bay and smaller islands at your door step, really only accessible to hotel guests. Great access to free activities like kayaking, snorkelling and paddle boarding.

Great hotel. Great location. Well maintained. Very friendly staff. No complaints.

Great room (voyager suite with garden view and water glimpses), rooms serviced promptly and amenities replaced. Excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent pool and fabulous waterfront cafe/restaurant.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. When I complained that the room was not cleaned properly they right away called and fixed it. The a la carte restaurant is really good, we enjoy the food and the staff is very friendly as well. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen. Garden is beautifully done. I’m giving such hight score only because the guys at the reception where so nice!

The Location was excellent, we had the perfect weather the French Restaurant was excellent and also the Japanese "Shogun"restaurant was excellent. We could not wish for better meals at the breakfast Buffet. The only let down was eating around the beachfront at night, but their lunches were adequate . The desk staff were helpful and accomodating. Only some staff had smiles and comparing to other islands we have been to no comparison.
