This is an accommodation of Authentic Stays, owned by Henk Ceha and Judit Simhoffer. Authentic Stays offers attractive accommodations for groups of 2 to 16 people. Perfectly located to fully enjoy all the beauty, fun, entertaining and active thins that Maastricht, South Limburg and the Belgian and German border regions have to offer. All our accommodations are located in authentic buildings that have been renovated while retaining the authentic character. As a result of this they exude the atmosphere of earlier times but have the comfort and facilities of today, such as strong WiFi, air conditioning, dishwashers and nice large lounge sofas. All Authentic Stays accommodations are also easily accessible by car and train and they have plenty of free parking spaces in front or nearby. Around the accommodations, literally everything you wish for during a holiday or trip can be found within walking distance, while there is also a lot to see and do in the immediate vicinity, from fun and entertainment, good food and drink, historical and contemporary culture, nature, walking, cycling, swimming to other (water) sports and adventure.

Authentic 6-person ground floor apartment of 71 m2 including 13 m2 outside terrace. with an attractive living room with large lounge sofa, smart TV with chromecast and a spacious atmospheric semi-open kitchen with full kitchen inventory, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven-microwave-grill combination, coffee maker and kettle. Bedroom 1 has 1 Kingsize double bed (180x200) and 1 bunk bed (2x90x200). Bedroom 2 has 1 Kingsize double bed (180x200). All beds have pocket spring mattresses with extra comfort topper. There are 2 bathrooms, each with shower, toilet and sink. There is also free WiFi, air conditioning and parking. This fully renovated authentic ground floor apartment from 1900 is located in picturesque Eijsden, 10 minutes from Maastricht: The ideal base for all the beautiful, entertaining and active things South Limburg and the Euregion have to offer. In Eijsden itself is everything you wish within walking distance. The accommodation is located opposite Eijsden Station, which is particularly useful as a base for day trips. However, it also means that you can hear the trains and the bells from the level crossing inside.

They go hourly from early morning to late evening. By car you are on the A2 in 3 minutes, from where you can reach everything in no time. Furthermore, you only have to walk out the door for the most beautiful walking and cycling routes and imagine yourself in France.
