The location could not be better, you are right in the centre of the city. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating, our room was huge and clean, beds were very comfortable. We booked parking as well and it's just around the corner and the description sent via email was perfect, with photos and exact details. Will be back.

We chose this hotel because it's directly on the Vrijthof. Parking is possible via the hotel and is about 150 meters away with easy access (under the Vrijthof). At arrival we were welcomed very friendly by the owner who immediately made us feel welcome. The room was very nice and very clean. The hotel is combined with a brasserie and it has a very nice outside (heated) terras. We enjoyed some drinks and a good dinner there. The whole staff was very friendly and this added to our nice experience. We had a great weekend and the hotel is a beautiful and comfortable location to explore Maastricht, do some shopping and relax at the same time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues and would stay there again.

I loved the location of this hotel. It's less than a 20-minute walk from the train station. So it's very convenient to get to. It is just around the corner from the best square in town: Basilica of Our Lady. The proximity to shops and bars and restaurants is a huge asset. The restaurant had an impressive menu, but I didn't eat there. The room was great. It was really like an apartment. There was sleeping for at least three people. In addition to the main room with the beds and mini fridge, etc, there was a sitting room and full bathroom. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

Amazingly beautiful quaint hotel. Staff/owners were very receptive to guest's needs. Clean environment, great breakfast. Convenient location with buses to access most parts of town. Would choose hotel monastere anytime!:)

Great location, away from the noisy center. Amazing view if you get a front side room. Clean and spacious. Very kind and helpful personnel at the front desk. You can also park at the main 1992 parking lot which is the same with the one that hotel offers and costs 17 euros per day.

Everything, it was my first birthday solo and i got a beautiful room a handwritten note (with my complicated name spelled correctly) balloons and some sweets. The staff were all kind and friendly, the room was clean quiet warm and comfortable. It was the best stay I've ever had in a hotel. The breakfast was also amazing.

The room was super nice and comfortable. It was spacious and clean with a nice view towards the inner yard. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The position is central. The staff is lovely. Everything was perfect.

We love everything about this hotel. The staff at the reception are very kind and attentive. The hotel itself is a mix of vintage and modern, which makes it feel like a real unique experience. The bedroom is probably one of the best/most comfortable we have ever stayed in, the bed and pillows felt like heaven :) On top of that, we also want to highlight the true hospitality and professionalism we experienced on our last day, for our wedding weekend. The staff left the bed with balloons and a special note and small gifts for the newlyweds. Such a small treat made a big impact and made us smile :) thank you so much for contributing to an amazing weekend and to make our stay feel even more romantic.
