Domaine Lamoriniere is a private estate located in a protected wildlife and ecological sanctuary, on the NL/BE border. We have 1 Tiny House available and 1 Holiday Home. The Tiny is a former garage which has been completely renovated as a TinyHouse with a living area on the ground floor and a dining table (2), kitchenette (microwave, 2pit stove, and mini-fridge) and a combined shower/wc (no sink). On the first floor, under the gable roof, is the bedroom. Outside, you have access to the shared and partially fenced garden with a pellet-lounge under the overhang of the tiny-house roof, and a bistro set for 2. The Holiday Home is a former laundry house which has been completely renovated with a living area on the ground floor and a dining table (4), kitchen (combi oven/microwave, 4pit stove, dishwasher and fridge) and a shower-room with wc. On the first floor, under the gable roof, is a bedroom with 2 single beds, and on the other side, a night hall with a double alcove bed (raised and under roof). Outside, you have access to the shared and partially fenced garden with patio and lounge (4) and a bistro set for 4. The rental of the houses does NOT grant access to the other houses, gardens, paths, meadows, woods on the estate. TV-screens available with hdmi (no tv provider). There is no WiFi available but plenty 4G/5G. Pets are not allowed as there are dogs and other animals living on the estate. The charging of electrical vehicles is not possible at the estate.

The family owns the estate since 1876, some members of the family live on the estate.

The estate is only accessible via sand roads. The estate is located next to the 'grenspark' Kalmthoutse Heide, Brabantse Wal, Arboretum Kalmthout, on the boarder between Antwerp (BE) and Bergen-op-Zoom (NL). Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, gas station and electric vehicle recharging point are all available in the village.
