For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a cleaning service every 7 days. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost.

Please note that different policies may apply for reservations of 3 rooms or more. Please contact the property for more information. Apartments include bed linen and towels. Guests can store their luggage at the hotel if they arrive before check-in hours.

Please note that children up to 3 years stay for free in existing beds. Older children are charged as adults.

Noise disturbance, parties and drug consumption on the premises and its vicinity and/or any other violation of our General Housing Conditions will not be tolerated and may result in penalty charges and/or immediate eviction from the apartment without reimbursement of paid accommodation fees.

Please note that one of the guests must be over 18 years old.

When booking more than 3.000 Euros, different policies may apply.
