This is an accommodation of the Authentic Stays concept, owned by Henk Ceha and Judit Simhoffer. Authentic Stays offers attractive accommodations for groups of 2 to 16 people. Perfectly located to fully enjoy all the beauty, fun, entertaining and active thins that Maastricht, South Limburg and the Belgian and German border regions have to offer. All our accommodations are located in authentic buildings that have been renovated while retaining the authentic character. As a result of this they exude the atmosphere of earlier times but have the comfort and facilities of today, such as strong WiFi, air conditioning, dishwashers and nice large lounge sofas. All Authentic Stays accommodations are also easily accessible by car and train and they have plenty of free parking spaces in front or nearby. Around the accommodations, literally everything you wish for during a holiday or trip can be found within walking distance, while there is also a lot to see and do in the immediate vicinity, from fun and entertainment, good food and drink, historical and contemporary culture, nature, walking, cycling, swimming to other (water) sports and adventure.

Spacious authentic 6-person house of 109 m2 including with terrace of 14 m2, with unique, atmospherice and spacious living room (50 m2) with fireplace and large smart TV, luxury kitchen including dishwasher, Boretti stove and mega fridge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor terrace, air conditioning, wifi and free parking. This house is located like a house in a house, or maisonette, in a completely renovated authentic mansion from 1900 that is located in the picturesque Eijsden, 10 minutes from Maastricht: The ideal base for all the beauty, fun and active things South Limburg and the Euregion. You can reach everything by train or car within 10 minutes to half an hour. In Eijsden itself, literally everything is within walking distance: from restaurants, cafes, picturesque streets, terraces, castles, beautiful nature, water fun, fun valley, to a complete shopping center. The accommodation is located opposite Eijsden Station, which is particularly useful as a base for day trips. However, it also means that you can hear the trains and the bells from the level crossing inside.

The house is diagonally opposite the smallest station in the Netherlands: Eijsden station. From this station you can easily reach Maastricht, Liège, Visé, Valkenburg and Aachen. They go hourly from early morning to late evening. By car you are on the A2 in 3 minutes, from where you can reach everything in no time. Furthermore, you only have to walk out the door for the most beautiful walking and cycling routes and imagine yourself in France.
