The great view of the hilly, wooded landscapes ensure that you will quickly find yourself in the right vacation mood. Close to the house you will find opportunities for hiking and mountain biking in summer. In winter, the Myrkdalen ski center with its cross-country ski trails and ski lifts is an Eldorado for skiing enthusiasts. A short drive away is the town of Voss with among other things wind tunnel, gondola, bowling and most offers in extreme sports. Here you will also find good restaurants and stores in the cozy streets of the city center. Day trips to Gudvangen, Flåm, Nærøyfjorden, Sognefjorden and Hardangerfjorden are also nearby.
