Svært attraktivt område med flotte naturopplevelser. Opparbeidede turløyper, badestrender, stupetårn, strandkro. Dagligvareforretning i nærheten. Bussforbindelse til Porsgrunn sentrum. Brevik, Langesund og Kragerø er ikke lange turer unna. Gode bussforbindelser. Det er gode parkeringsmuligheter på eiendommen.
