Great host, great atmosphere, great guest. I will definitely choose to stay here if I will be around that area. The stay here made my holiday better. Super duper. Highly recommended. It is a great place to stay for any solo traveller. Great facility for parking and hanging around with other tenants.

MELISHOME its a basic private old prefabricated house with simple small rooms, where you can enjoy of the place and surroundings like sommarøy ( one of the most popular places to visit in Tromsø). From home, from your window you can see the frozen sea and northern lights in winter. And in summer you can appreciate the nature life and the mid-night sun. KEYS There is keys now for your room, from April 2023. RECEPTION There is not reception or frontdesk. SIGNS There is no sign in the main road, it's a private home and I would love to keep my privacy, hope it's understandable. Address: Synnovfjordvegen 84 CHECKING & CHECKOUT The check in, between 15 pm til 12 am. Please let me know one day in advance what time aprox. you think you will be and also please inform me if is anything. I am alone, there is no other service, and I need to organize my time, hope it's understandable too. I am very flexible with the timings. Check out at 12 pm. SHUTTLE SERVICE & TOURS I do shuttle service and tours in daylight and at night for hunting northern lights. Don't doubt to ask me in case you are interested. Volunteering I have a small room for a little help. Contact me.

THE AREA There is a beach front home, where to swim or to have a walk. Up in the mountains are lovely lakes with amazing views. Nice waterfalls from half km walk. The fauna it's super rich, you can see whales, dolphins, orcas, eagles, reeinders, elks, seals... Where home is, it's a little part, separated from big land, where was residing workers to build a Win Park up in the mountains. One of the biggest win parks of northern Norway, in case you are interested in renovables energy you can have a visit. The project finished 2 years ago. Now, it's cleaning up to make forest, little by little maybe and hopefully I can make nice cabins.
