Also plan day trips to Ulvik, the summer ski center Jondal, Baroni Rosendal 1665 and last but not least the city of Bergen with the aquarium, the river and the famous pier. In winter there are a number of downhill slopes at the Alpine Center and groomed cross-country ski trails in large parts of Kvamskogen.
