In Engerdal there are kilometers of groomed cross-country ski trails. For those looking for greater challenges, it is only 45 minutes to Trysilfjellet with all its activity possibilities, including Trysil Ski Center. Engerdal has two national parks, Femundsmarka and Gutulia. Lake Femund and several other lakes in the municipality invite boating or canoeing. In summer Engerdal is a great municipality for hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities. In the winter there are opportunities for ice fishing, skiing and dog sledding. There is also a good network of snowmobile trails and opportunities to rent a snowmobile. An active vacation with great nature experiences awaits you. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
