This home is a very affordable option with all the necessities of home, including SKY TV, Wi-Fi, and a fantastic back section for the children to make the most of. This lovely home has three bedrooms in the main house and another 2 generous bedrooms in the sleepout. This home is located within easy walking distance of both the central town and dog stream walking tracks. So when you are looking for a home in a great location - this home has it covered! Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
