Fully furnished and with an amazing indoor/outdoor flow, feel yourself at complete ease.  Wake up every morning and step out onto the balcony with a coffee in hand and admire the stunning views of the estuary, spark up the BBQ and enjoy a few beers along to a classic, kiwi eggs and bacon, and then relax out on the sun deck and take in the summer sun.  Just a 3-minute walk down to the beach for that cooling dip. When your feeling hungry, take a 3-minute drive up to the local eateries. With plenty of things to do from the Mangawhai Golf Club to the surfing, you'll be sure not to run out of activities.  For sunshine living at its finest, stay at Cheviot's Hideaway! Please note that it is not allowed to wash boats at this property, to preserve water note pets should be house-trained and supervised note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
