Only 100m direct stroll to the beach and large north-facing deck for all day sun. Then when you need a break from the warm summer temperatures, air conditioning is on hand to keep everyone cool indoors. And after a day spent down on the beach, just 100m from your front door, wash off the sand and sea under the outdoor shower! In the colder months spent unwinding indoors, Little Paua has you covered too - With a fireplace, a heat pump to keep you toasty warm and SKY TV to keep you and your group entertained. Being positioned at the south-eastern corner of Pauanui, ensures just the right balance between a peaceful neighbourhood and not being too far from the local amenities - just a few minutes drive to the local cafes and restaurants (check out out things to do in Pauanui article for activity suggestions). Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
