One bathroom with large walk in shower and separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized oven and 4 burner hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and all the crockery and cutlery. Dining room looks straight down the harbour and out to sea, as does the lounge. Outside there are wrap around decks with loads of seating and eating areas, all with stunning views. There is an outdoor fireplace and BBQ. This apartment is ideal for 2 couples. A foldaway bed is available and there is a single bed in the attic. DELUXE STUDIO Private entrance to this down stairs unit. It features a queen sized bed, 2 settees looking out to sea, a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and electric jug, table and chairs. Adjoining is a large bathroom with walk in shower and separate toilet. There are full laundry facilities. Ideally suits one couple. A fold-away bed is available. A stroll down the hill brings you to the Tutukaka Marina where you can hop on a charter boat and enjoy a wonderful day exploring the Poor Knights Islands. Or stroll to your choice of café for a relaxing lunch or evening meal. Watch the stingray as they cruise around the marina. Tutukaka is north east of Whangarei - just 2.5 hours drive from Auckland and only 20 minutes from the Whangarei city centre. Offshore from Tutukaka Marina lie the Poor Knights Islands, a world-renowned marine reserve and an underwater treasure trove for divers and explorers. The bustling marina is home to private launches, and charter boats are available for diving expeditions or a spot of fishing
