Key collection is from our office: Quinovic Viaduct, 10 Hobson Street, Auckland Central. Office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm. Please contact us if you are arriving after hours or in the weekend so we can make special arrangements.

Property information

This 64 m2 one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of Shed 20 on Princes Wharf in the heart of the Viaduct. It has a very large living area opening onto full deck facing east which captures all the morning sun. Apartment overlooks the ferry harbour and out towards The Cloud event centre and to the North Shore and Rangitoto Island. King bed in bedroom which can be split into twins if required (additional fee applies). Full kitchen & laundry facilities, Large 50" TV with MySKY HDi, heat/cooling pump and unlimited WiFi. There is also an allocated space in the secure covered car park downstairs. Minimum stay is three days.

Neighbourhood information

Been in the heart of the Viaduct and City there is endless restaurants and cafes for you to chooses from. Or if you want to eat in there are supermarkets within a 15 minute walk. Queen St has an excellent selection of retail stores from the up market range brands of Dior, Gucci etc to catering for your everyday needs of pharmacies and general department stores. Public transport of buses, ferries and trains are within easy walking distance from this apartment. Auckland has an amazing range of beaches from our eastern yellow sand beaches to our rugged black sand west coast beaches. The Waitemata Harbour is dotted with Islands so consider a ferry trip to Waiheke Island for the day with wineries or Rangitoto Island with stunning views.
